My Girl

The day this girl was born the world shut down. Leaving the hospital, stores and business were closed with quiet streets around us. There was much uncertainty as the pandemic spread across the globe. Formula couldn't be found for a baby having difficulty gaining weight, doctors offices were closed in fear of the unknown and no visits from family or friends. Yet it will be one of the best years of our lives, forever changed. We hope to leave this world a better place for those who inherit it though there is much work to be done.
